How long does it take before my ads show?
Once you start a campaign you will see stats showcased in your dashboard after 24 hours. Your ads need to go to publishers for 3rd party audit and the campaign will start as soon as they are accepted.
How come I don’t see an ad?
We process over 500,000 ads per second. Your ads are shown to the devices that are most likely to convert at any given moment in time. You could either not be in our priority list of devices or your campaign has no more budget left to effectively purchase ads in front of your eyes. Some sites also only sell certain ad slots to certain people depending on their location or time of day.
Can I edit geofences at any time?
Yes, you can add, edit, or delete geofences at any time.
If I delete a campaign with budget left over, what happens?
Your leftover budget will be held in your account as “credit”. The next campaign you start will utilize the credit amount before using additional charges to satisfy its trajectory.
What are the top ad sizes?
94+% of the ads we see are: 300×250, 728×90, 300×50, and 320×50. Max file size should be less than 150kb, especially for mobile geofencing. Animated GIF file types should not loop for more than 30 seconds.
